April 1 through May 21, 2020, the Hawthorn Inn will participate in the 17th Annual Hospitality for Habitat program held in conjunction with Hospitality Maine. Carriage House rooms + Regency will be available for one half the regular rate when you stay 2 or more consecutive weeknights (Sunday through Thursday) in the same room. This rate is available in exchange for a $35 check made payable to Habitat for Humanity. Present the check upon arrival. Habitat for Humanity International is a Christian ministry dedicated to eliminating poverty housing. The Hospitality Maine has raised approximately $220,000 for Habitat since 2004. These funds were provided to local Maine chapters of Habitat for Humanity. The promotion encourages travel in Maine during the spring season.

Hospitality for Habitat package
The package includes
- a minimum of a two-weeknight (Sunday through Thursday) stay in the same room,
